Whether it’s stopping a detrimental habit, making decisions, or starting to engage in a new healthy behavior, it is common to struggle with motivation and to have mixed feelings about change.
When we struggle in this way, we may unfairly question our competence, abilities, and fortitude, or even experience feelings of hopelessness or despair.
It is helpful to discuss these mixed feelings and self-judgments in a space where you can freely express them. When doing this work, we will identify and activate your inner desire for change, and provide accountability for you to take steps toward change on your own terms.
